and I am Shaylee.
Welcome. We can't promise you life changing stories or literary masterpieces, however we can promise you reality. For those of you who don't know, we are sisters. We're exactly 12 months and 26 days apart.
Sheena was planned.
Shaylee was not.
Sheena reminds her of that often.
"Hey Shaylee remember that time mom cried when she found out she was with child three months after she had me? And they were not tears of joy."
"Hey Sheena, remember when you sucked your thumb till you were ten? I do."
Moving on...
After stuffing our faces at the local Chili's one afternoon, we found ourselves stuck in traffic and we began talking about some pretty standard topics:
1. Why is it that our faces are greasiest after Sunday morning church?
2. IBS
3. The awesome vocal power of Celtic Woman.
4. The gross overuse of the phrase "precious girl" on facebook wall posts. (ex. "miss you precious girl! or "How are you precious girl?!" or our personal favorite "OMG I love you precious girl!") Barf.
5. Smart cars and how dumb they look.
6. How the pasta in a particular dish at Olive Garden strongly resembles miniature window treatments. Weeeeeird.
7. How blunt Sheena can be.
8. How unaware Shaylee can be... is.
Great blog material right? We thought so, obviously.
